If you simply want to list your property on our website for sales or rentals holiday or long let please pick one of the packages below and simply list your property however if you would like to use us to help

Sell your property

1. We work with other agents to help sell properties we take a 2% fee if we help find you the person that buys the property.
2. If we find the user that has listed single properties and we find them a buyer we also only charge 2% for this service as long as they do the work with the lawyer to complete the sale.
3. If however you want us to sell your property we charge 5% as a commission and based on that percentage we can work with other agents and share the commission if you wish or just act as sole agent.

Holiday let your property

1. We generally work off charging 25% of the booking fees for managing your property, taking booking and keeping the property in tip top condition, however taxes and big maintenance are charged extra. please email us for more information.
2. We also offer a booking service where we can get you bookings and you manage your property for this service we charge 15% of your full booking fee please get in touch for more information.
3. Management service where you get the bookings and just ask us to look after the apartment for you cleaning between guests and managing in general for this we charge a fee depending on the size of the apartment please email for more information.

Long lets and management

1. We charge a set 20% of the monthly rental and any extra work is charged on top
